OMODA & JAECOO Extend Their UK Warranty Cover

There’s more good news for UK drivers considering an OMODA or JAECOO electric vehicle.

Following rapid growth in the UK market, the two Chery-owned brands have announced significant improvements to their warranty programme, extending protection on a wide range of components.

Previously, a number of vehicle components were only covered for three years or 40,000 miles.

Bushes, rubber components, and ball joints have also had their cover increased from three years/40,000 miles to seven years/60,000 miles.

OMODA & JAECOO says the changes apply retrospectively to every vehicle sold in the UK since the brands launched, with existing owners not required to take any action for the revised terms to apply.

That means motorists who already have a JAECOO or OMODA on the driveway can also benefit from the extended protection, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and servicing requirements.
