We want you to feel confident in your purchase! If you select the correct make and model of your vehicle through our website, we guarantee that your EV cable will fit. If it doesn’t, we’ll provide a free exchange or a full refund – and we’ll cover the return shipping costs too.
What do I need to do to qualify for the guarantee?
Simply make sure you select the correct make and model of your vehicle when ordering. Our system is designed to match the right cable to your car, so as long as the details are correct, you’re covered!
What if I accidentally select the wrong vehicle?
If incorrect details were entered at checkout, we won’t be able to offer the Fitment Guarantee. However, you can still return the cable if it’s unused and in its original packaging – we’ll be happy to help with an exchange.
Do I need to return the cable?
Yes, to process an exchange or refund, we ask that the cable is returned in its original condition and packaging. Don’t worry – we’ll cover the return costs if the Fitment Guarantee applies.
Can I claim the guarantee for any reason?
Our Fitment Guarantee is here to give you peace of mind, but it only applies to genuine fitment issues. If a claim is found to be misleading or incorrect, we may not be able to honour it.
