DPD 1 Day Service – Standard Delivery
We offer a DPD Next Working Day Delivery within mainland UK at no extra cost. Orders must be placed before 3pm for same-day dispatch, and will arrive in one business day (ie Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. Though we endeavour to dispatch all orders up to the point that our courier arrives for the daily collection, we can only guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm.
Please Note: Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered Monday. Any orders made after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, arriving on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch any orders made on a Bank Holiday.
Scotland – Highlands & Islands
We are able to provide a 2-4 day DPD delivery option for customers ordering from most postcode areas within Scotland’s highlands and islands. Orders must be placed before 3pm for same-day dispatch (Monday-Friday), and should arrive within two business days. Any orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery will be made using the same dispatch schedule as UK orders (as described above). Please contact us to get the best price for delivery.
Orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. If possible, dispatches may be made for orders made slightly after 3pm, but this is completely dependent on when our courier collection takes place. As such, we cannot guarantee any orders made past 3pm to be sent out on the same day.
Instead, orders made after 3pm shall be dispatched the following business day. Please note that orders made after 3pm on Friday (or on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the next available business day (regardless of delivery option).
All cable orders will be sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries may arrive up until 6.30pm on the day of delivery. Your delivery will be allocated an expected time of arrival by the courier, who will send you an email or text (depending on the contact information you provided at checkout) with online tracking information and a 1 hour delivery slot. Please ensure that there is a person present at your address to receive the delivery at the time provided by the courier.
If for some reason, the courier does not complete your delivery, you should receive a ‘failed delivery’ card, with directions on how to proceed. In this event, the courier may also send you a text message or email providing the option to rearrange delivery for another day.
After an initial failed delivery, your parcel will be returned to the depot before an additional attempt to deliver is made. If this fails again, however, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery, though please note that we reserve the right to charge a re-dispatch fee in this event.
Where all of our EV cables are dispatched via DPD, please note that some smaller items (cable accessories etc) may be sent via Royal Mail post instead.
