What Charging Cable Do I Need for the Jeep Wagoneer S EV?

The Jeep Wagoneer S EV uses a Type 2 to Type 2 charging cable for AC charging, which is the standard connector across the UK and Europe. This ensures full compatibility with most home EV wall boxes and public AC charging stations.

Like most modern EVs, it also supports rapid charging via a CCS connection for DC fast charging, but for everyday use at home or public AC points, a Type 2 cable is what you’ll need. 

A high-quality Type 2 charging cable allows you to safely and efficiently charge your Wagoneer S at home, at work, or while travelling. Many drivers opt for a three-phase cable, which supports higher AC charging speeds where available and offers future-proof flexibility.

Jeep Wagoneer S EV Charging Speed and Range

The Jeep Wagoneer S EV is engineered for long-distance electric driving, offering a battery of around 100kWh and a range of approximately 280–300 miles depending on conditions. 

Charging at home with a compatible wall box and an EV Wired charging cable is straightforward, with overnight charging being the most convenient option for many drivers. A typical Level 2 (home) charge can take around 6–7 hours to reach 80%, depending on your setup. 

For faster charging on longer journeys, DC rapid charging can take the battery from around 20% to 80% in as little as 20–30 minutes, making it ideal for motorway stops.

What do I need to do to qualify for the guarantee?

Simply make sure you select the correct make and model of your vehicle when ordering. Our system is designed to match the right cable to your car, so as long as the details are correct, you’re covered!

What if I accidentally select the wrong vehicle?

If incorrect details were entered at checkout, we won’t be able to offer the Fitment Guarantee. However, you can still return the cable if it’s unused and in its original packaging – we’ll be happy to help with an exchange.

Do I need to return the cable?

Yes, to process an exchange or refund, we ask that the cable is returned in its original condition and packaging. Don’t worry – we’ll cover the return costs if the Fitment Guarantee applies.

Can I claim the guarantee for any reason?

Our Fitment Guarantee is here to give you peace of mind, but it only applies to genuine fitment issues. If a claim is found to be misleading or incorrect, we may not be able to honour it.
