30 Day Right To Reject
The UK Government’s Consumer Rights Act (2015) gives you an early right to reject goods that are deemed of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund for the goods.
This ‘early right to reject’ may be applied to any unsatisfactory goods you receive within 30 days of you taking ownership of them – i.e. from the date you received the goods.
Our Warranty To You
If it seems your EV cable has become inoperative or developed a fault within the first 60 months of your purchase, please get in contact with us. Our excellent customer service team are always happy to help!
Electric Vehicle charging is a complex electrical process and faults may arise from any number of the different connected systems involved (for instance, faults may pertain to the charging network, vehicle charging, home charging stations, different charging networks’ specific requirements etc). As such, it is common practice for our support team to ask a series of troubleshooting questions and require reasonable tests be carried out by you to eliminate external factors and pinpoint underlying causes of malfunction before deciding whether to provide an RMA authorisation to return a cable for testing/refund/replacement.
After this assessment, if it is evident that a cable requires further testing, we might arrange to collect the cable from you for further examination – at your convenience and at our expense.
If a fault is found with the cable and the cable is deemed under warranty, we offer the following:
– A replacement EV cable of a similar age and/or level of usage
– If we have no such appropriate used replacement cables, a new cable in replacement
– If we have no new or appropriate used replacement cables in stock, we will either offer a replacement cable of a longer length or a refund
– We shall then arrange a convenient day for you to receive the replacement cable and organise the relevant shipping
If it is evident that a cable is inoperative due to faults sustained through inappropriate use or physical damage due to mishandling (damage from dropping, crushing etc) we reserve the right to return the cable without replacing it and it will not be covered under warranty.
Returns Process
If within 30 days of purchase, you change your mind or find that you have no use for the cable you ordered. You are welcome to contact our team to approve a return, as long as the cable is new and unused.
In this case, you would be expected to pay for the delivery of the return, using any courier of your choice.
